Privacy
One e-mail address for joining the pre-sale list or expressing interest. It gets stored once, is never sold and upon request will be deleted.
What this site collects
As sales are currently closed, there is no checkout, no payment, no account. The only thing this site asks of you is your e-mail to join the waitlist:
Your e-mail address
It gets only submitted if you type it and tick the box asking to hear when sales open. The box is not pre-ticked and the server refuses the submission if it is not ticked, so there is no waitlist that exists without your expressed agreement.
Alongside it forms a record of four things that cannot identify you:
What page you submitted from
Either catalogue, cart, about panel or a product page.
Which garment you were looking at
It gives us a hint as to what you were browsing in order to tell you about this piece. It is not a reservation, holds no stock, and nobody is counted as having bought anything.
Your language
English or Spanish, the toggle in the corner.
When you submitted
It logs a timestamp.
Where it is kept
Addresses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, a hosted SQLite database on
the same infrastructure that serves this page. It sits in a single table called
waitlist. It does not get copied to a mailing list service, a CRM,
a spreadsheet or any other enthusiasm.
Cloudflare serves the site and therefore sees the requests. Their handling of that traffic is covered by their own privacy terms.
How long it is kept
Until we write to say sales have opened, until you ask us to delete it, or until the pre-sale closes and the list goes with it. Deletion happens within 30 days of the request.
Leaving your address more than once does not create a second row, so nobody gets emailed twice about the same drop.
Who it is shared with
Nobody. It is not sold, rented, exchanged or shared with a partner, a supplier or a social platform. The people who can see the list are the people who run this site, and they need to in order to write to you.
How the form is kept from being spammed
Three measures. None of them records anything about you.
- A hidden field that only an automated form filler will fill in.
- A limit of five submissions per minute per IP address, counted by Cloudflare. The address is used to count and does not get written to the database.
- A check that the submission came from this site, which stops a script scraped from this page being replayed against the endpoint.
Cookies
There are none. This site writes no cookie to your browser, sets no storage and keeps no identifier. Your language choice and anything you put in the cart live in the page while it is open and are gone when you close the tab.
Children
This is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you are under 13 and you left an address, write to us and it will be deleted.
